Customer Reviews
Consistent quality, as always
This was my third order from Sub Rosa Tea, and they delivered again. I picked up their seasonal tea blend and a matcha whisk this time. The tea is unique, not something I've found elsewhere, and the whisk works perfectly for my morning matcha. They're always reliable; products arrive well-packed and true to description. It's why I keep coming back instead of trying other places like David's Tea.
Loved the Elderberry Tea
Just received my order of Elderberry tea and it is delicious! The flavor is so robust and comforting. I also grabbed a glass teapot, which is super cute. Shipping was fast, got here in 4 days. I will definitely be shopping here again and recommending them to all my friends!
Good tea, slow delivery
I ordered the Earl Grey variant and some honey sticks. The tea itself is really nice, fresh and fragrant. The honey sticks were a sweet addition too. My only minor complaint was the shipping, it took 7 days to reach me in California, which felt a bit long. Everything arrived well-packaged though, and the quality of the products is definitely there. I'd consider ordering again.
Great Black Tea and service
I recently ordered some black tea and a new loose leaf tea infuser from Sub Rosa Tea. The ordering process was smooth, their website is easy to navigate. I received my package within 5 days, which was pretty standard for my location. The black tea has a wonderful, full-bodied flavor; it brews perfectly every time. I had a quick question about brewing temperatures for a different tea, and their customer support replied to my email within a few hours with a helpful response. The infuser is also high quality, much better than the one I had before. Overall, a really positive experience from selection to brewing.
Nice tea stuff
Grabbed some Peppermint tea and a new tea mug. The tea tastes good, real fresh. The mug is sturdy, feels nice to hold. Shipping was pretty quick, no issues there. It was all pretty straightforward and I'm happy with what I got.

Thinking of trying their Earl Grey. How does it stack up against like, Harney & Sons? I'm pretty picky about my bergamot.
What's the deal with returns? Ordered a tea I'm not super into.
i just signed up for the newsletter, how long til i get that discount code? i'm trying to order now.
Do they ever do free shipping? My cart is like $60 right now and I'm trying to avoid that extra charge.
Can you use more than one coupon code at a time? Got a first-time buyer one and saw a seasonal sale.
